Privacy and data protection

These are the privacy protection principles of HYTTA s.r.o., ID: 175 90 418, Velké Karlovice 490, 756 06 (Operator or we) as operator of the website www.hytta.cz (Web) and provider of services described in our business conditions available on the Web ( Conditions), especially accommodation services (Services).

Read how we work with your personal data if you are a user of our Services, for example if you book a stay in a Hytta, if you order a gift voucher, but also if you provide us with services or otherwise cooperate with us (You). These policies also contain important information about your rights.

What personal data do we work with? 


With your email address and other information that you provide to us when registering for our Services (for example, when you book a stay in a Hytta, order a gift voucher or other related services) and when using our Services or with data that you give us when you apply for a job with us or when you supply services to us.

Who works with your data? 


The operator as administrator and persons who supply us with various services as processors. You can contact us at the address of the headquarters or by email at info.hytta@gmail.com.


Why do we work with your data?


(A) To provide you with the Services you have ordered. For example, when you book a stay with us, we will have to work with your data for the necessary time before and during your stay in order to properly provide you with the Services you have ordered.

(B) To promote and improve the Services. If you use our Services, for example if you book a stay or if you sign up for one of our events, we will inform you from time to time about news about accommodation options or this event or about similar Services. However, you can refuse to receive this information at any time. If you participate in our event or if you stay in the Hytta, we can use your photo from participating in the event and/or your photo from your stay, taken with your knowledge, for promotion. Promoting and improving the Services is our legitimate interest.

(C) To protect our rights. For example, if you license your contribution to us, we need to retain your identifying information. This is our legitimate interest.

(D) To negotiate with you about your employment with us.

(E) To negotiate with you about your services to us.

(F) To enable us to perform and draw on your contract for supplies or services to us. This is the fulfillment of the contract and our legitimate interest.

 

How long we will work with the data


We will work with the data for purpose (A) as long as we provide you with our Services or as long as we deliver the ordered product to you.

We will process the data for purpose (B) as long as our legitimate interest lasts or until you rightfully refuse such processing.

We will work with the data for purpose (C) as long as our legitimate interest lasts or you do not legitimately refuse such processing, but no longer than 5 years from your last communication with us or from the end of the contract between us.

We will work with data for purpose (D) as long as we are dealing with your work with us, but no longer than 6 months after your last communication with us.

We will work with the data for purpose (E) as long as we are negotiating the establishment of cooperation on the provision of your services for us, but no longer than 6 months after your last communication with us.

We will work with the data for purpose (F) as long as you provide us with services or goods. 


Where do we work with your data?
In the EU. If we transfer data outside the EU, their protection will be properly ensured according to standard contractual clauses - more detailed information is available on the website of the European Commission.


Your rights
Legal regulations on the protection of personal data guarantee you various rights in the area of personal data protection: To the extent that the regulations on the protection of personal data - in particular the GDPR - guarantee you this, you can request from us access to your personal data (i.e. information about which of your specific data we work with and how we work with them), restriction of the processing of your data (this means that we will not delete the data yet, but we will not work with it) and their correction and deletion (always if the legal conditions for this are met), you can also raise an objection against processing and you can exercise the right to data portability. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal regulations, you can file a complaint with the national supervisory authority (For the Czech Republic www.uoou.cz).
